Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Pakpattan in Pakpattan, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for various temporary works and rehabilitation projects scheduled for the 2026 Urs Mubarak of Hazrat Baba Farid-ud-Din Masood Gunj-e-Shakar (RA). The scope of work includes the construction of temporary walls on main roads and adjacent streets, patch work and rehabilitation of city roads, and the temporary fixing and dismantling of railings, razor wire, and iron gates. Additionally, the tender covers the provision of rental items such as tents, chairs, and sound systems, as well as meal services for on-duty officials. This procurement is conducted via the E-PADS system under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Interested bidders must upload technical and financial proposals separately and provide fixed bid security as specified for each lot. Bidders quoting more than 5% below the estimated cost must provide additional performance security. All electronic bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 12:00 PM the same day at the Procurement Office of the Municipal Committee.
