Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Administration, MVR, Excise & Taxation in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various operational assets for the current financial year. The scope of the tender covers a wide range of requirements including computer hardware, office furniture, and miscellaneous stationery items for departmental use. Eligible suppliers and firms must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List. The procurement process will follow the Federal Public Procurement Rules, utilizing a single-stage procedure for evaluation. All interested bidders are required to provide bid security as mentioned in the bidding documents, which contain detailed technical specifications and terms of delivery. Sealed technical and financial proposals must be submitted to the office of the Director Administration no later than 11:00 AM on 28 May 2026. The bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders to ensure a transparent and competitive selection process.
