Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District & Sessions Judge in Bhakkar, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the supply of various items categorized under Others, Computer Stationery, IT Equipment, and Machinery for the financial year 2025-26. The procurement includes a wide range of products such as high-quality paper, toner cartridges, desktop computers (Intel Core-i3 8th Gen or above), laser printers with auto-duplexing, and UPS systems with a minimum backup capacity of 30-40 minutes. This tender follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Participating bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and must provide physical samples for specific items including stationery and IT peripherals prior to the technical bid opening for quality evaluation. A bid security of 5% of the total estimated cost is required in the form of a CDR or Bank Guarantee.
