Description / Scope of Work
The Divisional Forest Officer Upper Swat Forest Division in Swat, KPK invites sealed electronic bids for the construction of the DFO residence and an associated boundary wall. This infrastructure development project is part of the ADP initiative aimed at enhancing the infrastructure for the newly created Upper Swat Forest Division to fortify forest conservancy and protection. The total estimated cost for the project is 17.522 million PKR, with the residence valued at 14.074 million PKR and the boundary wall at 3.449 million PKR. Bidding is conducted through the EPADS system under the Single Stage Single Envelope method in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category for the year 2025-26 and maintain active registrations with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority, Sales Tax, and Income Tax authorities. A 2% bid security in the form of a call deposit is required. All electronic bids must be submitted via the EPADS link by 12:00 PM on 03 June 2026, with the official opening scheduled for 12:30 PM on the same day.
