Description / Scope of Work
The Hazara University in Mansehra, KPK invites sealed tenders for the procurement of stationery and printing items for the financial year 2026-27. This tender aims to fulfill the administrative and academic requirements of the university through the supply of high-quality office materials and specialized printing services. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant Federal or Provincial government authorities and possess valid National Tax Numbers and Sales Tax Registration Certificates. A mandatory bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt amounting to 100,000 Rupees must accompany each bid, along with a non-refundable tender document fee of 3,000 Rupees. The procurement process will strictly follow KPPRA rules, and preference will be given to bidders holding a Government Press Declaration Certificate for printing items. All interested firms are required to inspect and sign samples available at the procurement office. Complete technical and financial proposals must be submitted in hard copy to the Treasurer’s office before the end of the current financial cycle to ensure continuous supply for the upcoming year.
