The Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) in Abbottabad, KPK invites sealed e-bids for the procurement of specialized power distribution hardware, including SPD and SPG type poles, and various transmission towers such as ED+0+8M, EG+0+BM, and ZM-1 types. This tender is conducted on a National Competitive Bidding basis, seeking manufacturers or suppliers registered with NTDC, WAPDA, or other DISCOs, as well as active income and sales tax departments. The scope involves the supply of material on a Free Delivery to Consignee Store (FCS) basis to the Deputy Manager Regional Store in Abbottabad, strictly adhering to the latest NTDC/WAPDA specifications. The procurement process follows a single-stage, single-envelope procedure through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS). All interested bidders must submit their technical and financial proposals via the portal by 10:30 AM on 02 June 2026. A mandatory bid security, as specified in the bidding documents, must be delivered in original to the Manager (SCM) office, with a scanned copy uploaded to the EPADS portal to ensure eligibility.
