UPLIFTING/BEAUTIFICATION ACTIVITIES INCLUDING INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT, MONUMENTS, STREET LIGHTS AND GREEN SPACES IN NORTHERN DISTRICTS OF KP PROVINCIAL ADP NO. 944/250164 (2025-26)

The Assistant Director LG&RDD Tehsil Khwazakhela, District Swat, invites electronic bids through EPADS for multiple infrastructure and beautification projects under ADP No. 944/250164. The works include the renovation and upgradation of Chalyar Play Ground (44.49M PKR), construction of PCC roads near Darul Uloom Charbagh (12.50M PKR) and Inzargay Jannu (11.66M PKR), and various other street paving and drainage projects in areas such as Shalpin, Chinkolai, and Khwazakhela. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for FY 2025-26 in categories C-5 or C-6 with specialization code EE11, and hold valid KPRA and FBR registrations. The bidding follows a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS, with a mandatory 2% bid security (earnest money) provided in the form of a CDR. The deadline for online clarification is June 2, 2026. The procuring entity will also collect a refundable participation fee (0.05% - 0.025% of bid cost) at the time of CDR submission to ensure genuine participation.
