Description / Scope of Work
PCSIR invites electronic bids for the supply and installation of specialized machinery and equipment for the exploration, beneficiation, and extraction of Rare Earth Elements (REE), precious metals, and critical minerals in Gilgit Baltistan. This high-value procurement is part of a national project funded by the Government of Pakistan. Bidding follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure via the e-PADS portal. Eligible firms with technical expertise in mining, mineral processing, and laboratory equipment installation are encouraged to apply. Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and comply with PPRA rules.
