Description / Scope of Work
The Peshawar High Court, Peshawar in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed tenders from registered firms and suppliers for the procurement of specialized video link equipment. This tender includes the supply of computers, LED screens, and related electronic infrastructure for the Peshawar High Court. Detailed specifications and quantities are provided in the official bidding documents, which are accessible from the Office of the Director of IT or via the official KPPPRA and Peshawar High Court websites. To participate, bidders must submit their proposals electronically through the E-PAD system, as physical bids or submissions through other channels will not be entertained. Requirements include a valid Sales Tax Registration Number and Bank Account Number. A mandatory earnest money deposit of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany the tender, addressed to the Registrar of the Peshawar High Court. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the items within fifteen days of the supply order issuance.
