Description / Scope of Work
The Finance Division, Pakistan Mint in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the Phase-II-A modernization and upgradation project[cite: 779, 836]. This tender involves the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of high-precision industrial machinery, including a High Speed CNC Milling Engraving Machine, a High Speed Edge Inscription (Edge Lettering) and Rimming Machine, and a CNC Turning Machine[cite: 782, 786, 801]. The Edge Inscription machine must handle coin blanks with a diameter range of 14 to 50 mm and achieve a processing rate of up to 600,000 pieces per hour[cite: 788, 791]. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS)[cite: 822].
