The PNS Bahadur in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed quotations for the supply of various educational and office supplies, including stationery items, textbooks, and geometrical instruments. This procurement is intended for the Pakistan Navy's facility on National Stadium Road. Eligible bidders must be GST registered firms or suppliers who are also registered with the Pakistan Navy and are active professional taxpayers. Interested parties can obtain detailed tender documents from the Office of the Incharge Stationery at PNS Bahadur during working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 30,000 PKR via pay order. All submitted quotations must remain valid until 30 June 2027 to ensure long-term availability of rates. Bidders are required to submit their formal proposals to the undersigned no later than 10:00 AM on 29 May 2026. The bids are scheduled to be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of representatives from the participating firms.
