Description / Scope of Work
The Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of HVAC Operations and Maintenance Services. This specialized health institution, operating under the administrative control of the Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department, seeks qualified service providers to manage climate control and equipment maintenance. Eligible bidders must be legally registered entities with an active National Tax Number and a valid registration with the Punjab Revenue Authority. Additionally, participating firms must demonstrate compliance with labor laws, including valid registrations with EOBI and PESSI or IESSI, and ensure that all personnel are paid at least the minimum wage notified by the Punjab Government. Bidders must not be currently blacklisted or involved in pending litigation with the procuring agency. Detailed technical evaluation will focus on the firm's past project experience, human resource strength, and financial capability as evidenced by audited financial statements.
