Description / Scope of Work
The Pir Mehr Ali Shah Arid Agriculture University, Rawalpindi in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed bids for the procurement of various miscellaneous items for its Directorate of Information Technology Services (DITS). This tender, conducted under the single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure, is open to reputable and well-established firms, companies, sole proprietors, and authorized partners including distributors and resellers with significant past experience and a strong financial standing. Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the relevant Sales Tax and Income Tax departments. The scope of work includes the supply of equipment and goods on a lot-wise basis to the university's main campus. All interested parties must submit an earnest money deposit equivalent to two percent of the estimated price in favor of the University Treasurer. The submission process requires both a soft form via the E-PAD system and a hard copy delivered to the Directorate of Procurement and Inventory Control. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted no later than 11:00 AM on 01 June 2026, with the official opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
