Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District and Sessions Judge in Lakki Marwat, KPK invites sealed tenders for the procurement of uniforms and liveries for the staff of Civil Courts at Lakki Marwat and Serai Naurang. The tender follows a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Required items include summer and winter uniforms, caps, and shoes for various staff cadres. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and evaluation criteria can be obtained from the office of the District and Sessions Judge during working hours. A bid security of two percent of the total bid amount is required to be submitted with the proposal. All bids must be delivered to the District Courts Lakki Marwat no later than 11:00 AM on 28 May 2026, where they will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of the purchase committee and participating bidders.
