Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General Public Relations (DGPR) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of comprehensive vehicle insurance services for the financial year 2025-26. This government tender, with an estimated insurance premium of 1.8 million Rupees, follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and possess active registrations for Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. The scope of work involves providing insurance coverage for the department's fleet, and bidders are required to submit an original bid security of 2% in the form of a CDR, Demand Draft, or Pay Order. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) portal. The deadline for online submission is 11:00 AM on 01 June 2026, and the technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Hard copy submissions will not be entertained, making digital registration on the PPRA Punjab portal mandatory for all participating firms.
