CONSTRUCTION & OPERATION OF STATE-OF-THE-ART CAFETERIA/TUC AREA

The Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute (GIKI), Topi, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the planning, design, construction, and operation of a modern Cafeteria, TUC area, restaurants, and retail shops on a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) basis. The project involves a land allocation of approximately 8-10 Kanals with a covered area of 43,000 to 50,000 sq. ft. within the GIKI residential campus. Reputed and financially sound firms or joint ventures are encouraged to apply. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 21, 2026, and final proposals must be submitted by June 5, 2026. This is a re-invitation, and previous bidders are not required to re-apply.
