Description / Scope of Work
The Islamabad High Court (IHC), Islamabad, invites electronic bids through the PPRA EPADS portal for the establishment of a Training / Capacity Building Center and a Conference Room for the financial year 2025-26. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered with the FBR (ATL) and the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-4 or above, with specialized codes including CE-10, EE-01, EE-02, EE-04, EE-09, and ME-01. Electronic bids must be submitted by June 1, 2026.
