The Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (PCSIR) invites electronic bids for the 'Establishment of Mineral Testing Lab' at PCSIR Lab, Skardu. This PSDP-funded project focuses on the exploration, beneficiation, and extraction of rare earth elements and precious metals in Gilgit-Baltistan. The tender specifically covers Civil Works, including supply and installation of copper earthing systems, equipotential bars (ECP Type B), and PVC insulated stranded copper conductors. Bidding follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via the EPADS portal. This laboratory infrastructure is critical for the scientific analysis of minerals and critical metals in the northern regions of Pakistan.
