Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), Flood Forecasting Division (FFD) Lahore, invites electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 for the repair and replacement of machinery and IT equipment. The scope includes specialized sensors (Temperature, Humidity, Wind Speed, Wind Direction), Rain Gauges, Data Loggers, Printers, and NAS Hard Drives. This procurement, estimated at PKR 3.76 million, follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure and Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and submit their bids by May 25, 2026. This project is essential for maintaining the flood monitoring and forecasting infrastructure at the FFD office on Jail Road, Lahore.
