Description / Scope of Work
The Department of Hajj, Auqaf, Religious & Minority Affairs in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for the procurement of IT equipment and office furniture under the development project for the automation of the Auqaf department. The scope of work involves the supply and installation of high-quality laptops, desktop computers, printers, and networking hardware, alongside the provision of ergonomic office furniture and workstations. This procurement aims to modernize the administrative infrastructure and improve service delivery within the province. Interested firms must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). The bidding process will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per the KPPRA rules. Bidding documents containing detailed technical specifications and evaluation criteria can be obtained from the office of the Section Officer (General) during official hours. All sealed technical and financial bids must be submitted no later than 11:00 AM on 04 June 2026, and will be opened on the same day in the presence of the purchase committee.
