Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Assistant Director Local Government and Rural Development Department in Lakki Marwat, KPK invites sealed electronic bids for beautification and infrastructure improvement activities within Tehsil Lakki Marwat. The scope of work includes a comprehensive project for the installation of street lights and the aesthetic improvement of model streets throughout the district. This procurement is based on MRS-2025 and Non-MRS items, following the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible government contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with the Communication and Works (C&W) Department for the current financial year. Bidders are required to submit their technical and financial proposals through the EPADS portal, accompanied by a 2% bid security of the estimated cost. Detailed bidding documents, including specific technical benchmarks and evaluation criteria, are available for download via the official system. All electronic bids must be finalized and submitted no later than 12:00 PM on 29 May 2026, with the technical bid opening scheduled for the same day.
