Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government & Rural Development Department in Haripur, KPK invites sealed electronic bids for various community infrastructure and development projects under the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative (ASDI) for the financial year 2025-2026. The scope of work involves multiple lots including the construction and rehabilitation of mosques in Sakhi Abad and Kangra, the installation of street lights, and the improvement of village roads and drainage systems across several union councils including Sarai Gadai and Panian. These projects are based on MRS 2025 and Non-MRS items, following a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible government contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with the Communication and Works (C&W) Department for the current year. Additionally, bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). A 2% earnest money deposit is required with the submission. Electronic bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal no later than 12:00 PM on 04 June 2026, with technical bids being opened on the same day.
