Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) invites electronic bids through the EPADS portal for the procurement of high-quality paper rims at the Peshawar station. The scope of this tender involves the supply of A4 and legal-sized paper rims on an 'as and when required' basis throughout the contract period to support the administrative operations of the PIA Peshawar office. This opportunity is open to eligible stationery suppliers, importers, and authorized distributors who are registered with the relevant tax authorities and listed on the Active Taxpayers List. The bidding process will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, requiring the separate submission of technical and financial proposals. Interested bidders must submit their quotations along with a tender fee and the prescribed bid security. Manual submissions without electronic filing through EPADS are strictly prohibited. Bids must be submitted by 10:30 AM on 09 June 2026, and the technical proposals will be opened on the same day at the Supply Chain Management Department in Peshawar Cantt.
