TENDER NOTICE FOR Shalwar Kameez (for Male),Waistcoat (for Male), Shalwar Kameez (for Female),Shawl (for Female)

The President's Secretariat (Public) at Aiwan-e-Sadr, Islamabad, invites electronic bids for the supply of summer livery items (uniforms) for the financial year 2025-26. The procurement includes 254 pairs of Shalwar Kameez and 254 waistcoats for male staff, along with 10 pairs of Shalwar Kameez and 10 shawls for female staff. This tender is open to well-reputed firms with established shops in Islamabad or Rawalpindi that are registered on the EPADS system. The bidding follows a Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per Rule 36-A of PPRA. While all bids must be uploaded electronically via the PPRA EPADS portal, bidders are also required to deliver physical samples and hard copy bids to the Deputy Director (General) at the President's Secretariat. Evaluation will be conducted on an item-wise basis, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder. All technical and financial submissions must be finalized by 11:00 AM on 02 June 2026.
