The Punjab Pension Fund (PPF) in Lahore, Punjab, invites sealed bids for the procurement of a brand-new photocopier machine for the financial year 2025-26. Eligible bidders must be well-reputed firms, authorized dealers, or original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) registered with the relevant tax authorities (FBR and PRA) and listed on the Active Taxpayers List. The procurement process follows the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) under the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure, requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Interested parties must submit their bids along with a 2% bid security of the estimated price. Tender documents can be obtained from the PPF office or via the official website and the EPADS portal. All submissions must be finalized and uploaded through the EPADS system by 11:00 AM on 02 June 2026, with the technical opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day at the PPF headquarters in Gulberg III.
