Description / Scope of Work
Estate Office Management, an attached department of the Ministry of Housing & Works, invites electronic bids for the maintenance and operation (M.O.) of electrical and mechanical (E/M) installations at Federal Lodges, Hostels, and Family Suites in Islamabad. This specific tender (SH: Skilled staff hired on monthly basis for E/M Works) involves the hiring of skilled technical personnel to manage and maintain essential utilities and facilities. The procurement follows a Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure and is managed through the EPADS v2.0 portal. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Original bid security in the form of a CDR or Banker's Cheque must be delivered to the Assistant Director (E/M) at the Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat before the online submission deadline.
