Description / Scope of Work
The Tourism Development Corporation Punjab (TDCP) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed tenders from authorized dealers and reputed firms for the supply of a brand new 15-seater hi-roof passenger van. This procurement is intended to enhance the transport facilities managed by the TDCP. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including the National Tax Number (NTN) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List. The bidding process will follow a single-stage, one-envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules. The tender documents, outlining the detailed technical specifications and terms of delivery, are available for download via the EPADS portal. A bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated price must be submitted in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system. The deadline for the submission of bids is 11:00 AM on 29 May 2026, and the bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of the bidders' representatives.
