Description / Scope of Work
The Tourism Development Corporation Punjab (TDCP) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the procurement of a brand-new 15-seater hi-roof passenger van. This project is aimed at upgrading the transportation fleet of the TDCP to better serve tourism operations within the province. Interested bidders must be authorized dealers or reputed firms with valid registrations for Income Tax and Sales Tax, including a National Tax Number (NTN) and registration with the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA). Furthermore, all participating bidders must maintain an active status on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The bidding process will be conducted through the EPADS portal following a single-stage, one-envelope procedure. A bid security of 2% of the estimated price is required to be submitted with the proposal. Detailed bidding documents and technical specifications can be accessed and downloaded via the EPADS system. All technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through the portal no later than 11:00 AM on 29 May 2026, with the official bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
