The Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Teaching Hospital in Gujrat, Punjab invites eligible bidders for the auction of Photocopy Services for the upcoming financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27. This government healthcare facility seeks a professional contractor to manage all on-site photocopy, printing, and CNIC duplication services to cater to the hospital's high-volume load. The successful bidder will be responsible for installing a sub-meter for electricity consumption and providing uniforms for all staff members. Bidders must submit a call deposit of 20,900 Rupees as bid security and a non-refundable tender fee of 2,000 Rupees. Eligibility requires registration with relevant tax authorities, and the successful contractor must pay 10 percent advance income tax and 16 percent PST. Bidding documents are available from the Medical Superintendent's office until the morning of the deadline. The public auction is scheduled to take place at 11:30 AM on 01 June 2026 in the presence of the hospital administration committee. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
