The Capital Development Authority (CDA) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed electronic bids for the remaining construction works of 104 family suites for Members of Parliament, which includes the development of 400 servant quarters at Sector G-5/2, specifically focusing on the E-Block. Eligible construction firms must be well-reputed and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-2 or above, with specific specialization codes CE-09, CE-10, EE-04, and ME-02 for the 2025-26 financial year. The procurement process is governed by PPRA Rule 36(b) under a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. Interested bidders are required to provide a bid security of 16 million Rupees in the form of a Pay Order or CDR. All bidding documents and technical specifications are accessible via the EPADS portal. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted online through the EPADS system no later than 11:30 AM on 01 June 2026, with the electronic opening of technical bids scheduled for 12:00 PM on the same day.
