The Capital Development Authority (CDA) in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed electronic bids for the rehabilitation and re-carpeting of roads within the Diplomatic Enclave, Sector G-5/2. The project specifically covers the MR-1 stretch from Gate No. 02 to the USA Embassy. With an estimated NIT cost of approximately 133.5 million Rupees, this infrastructure project is designed to improve road quality and transit security in the high-profile diplomatic district. Eligible construction firms must be well-reputed and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-4 or above, specifically holding project codes CE-01 and CE-02 (ix) for the 2025-26 financial year. The procurement process follows a single-stage, one-envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(a). A bid security of 4 million Rupees in the form of a Pay Order or CDR is required. All bidding documents and technical specifications are accessible via the EPADS portal. Bids must be submitted online through the EPADS system no later than 11:30 AM on 03 June 2026, with the electronic opening scheduled for 12:00 PM on the same day.
