Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Controller General of Accounts (CGA), Directorate General MIS in Islamabad, Federal Government, invites sealed bids for the procurement of Cisco or equivalent Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) devices and SSL VPN solutions. This procurement is part of the Public Financial Management reforms and is intended to expand the OLBS VPN infrastructure at both federal and provincial levels. The bidding process will follow the single-stage, one-envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004 and E-PAK Regulations 2023. Eligible bidders are required to submit a bid security of 1,000,000 Rupees with a bid validity period of 180 days. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 21 May 2026 at the FABS Directorate to address any technical queries. All bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system. The deadline for electronic submission is 11:00 AM on 04 June 2026, and technical and financial bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day at the AGPR Building in Islamabad.
