Description / Scope of Work
The Estate Office Management, under the Ministry of Housing & Works, invites e-bids for the annual repair and maintenance of Federal Government Lodges, Residential Colonies, Widow’s Houses, and Mosques in Quetta. This tender (Lot No. 1) covers various miscellaneous civil and electrical works based on the Pak PWD Schedule of Rate 2022. Eligible bidders must be registered with the PEC in relevant categories (CE01, EE01, etc.) and active on the FBR tax list. The procurement follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through the EPADS v2.0 portal. Bids are due by June 1, 2026, and must include a bid security of PKR 600,000. This project ensures the structural integrity and upkeep of essential government residential infrastructure in Quetta.
