Description / Scope of Work
Dawood University of Engineering & Technology (DUET) in Karachi, Sindh, invites sealed bids from eligible firms and authorized dealers for the procurement of an ATR-FTIR Spectrometer for its laboratory. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the research and technical capabilities of the university's engineering departments. The bidding process follows the SPPRA Standard Bidding Documents for the procurement of goods. Interested participants must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and hold valid NTN and GST certificates, as well as registration with the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). Bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayers List. The bidding procedure is a single-stage, one-envelope process. Detailed technical specifications, eligibility criteria, and a schedule of requirements are provided within the bidding documents. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted to the procurement office at the New M.A. Jinnah Road campus. The deadline for bid submission is 11:00 AM on 28 May 2026, and the bids will be publicly opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of the bidders' representatives.
