Description / Scope of Work
The Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) in Islamabad, Federal Government, invites sealed bids for the provisioning of licenses for its SOPHOS software appliance network firewall. This procurement is aimed at maintaining and securing the authority's digital infrastructure. The bidding process will follow a single-stage, one-envelope procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules and e-Pak Procurement Regulations. Eligible firms and companies must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List for both income tax and sales tax. Bidding documents, including comprehensive terms, conditions, and technical requirements, are available for download from the EPADS portal, DRAP's official website, or the PPRA website. Only electronic bids submitted through the EPADS system will be accepted; manual or printed submissions will be rejected. Proposals must be submitted no later than 11:00 AM on 02 June 2026. The electronic opening of bids is scheduled to take place at the DRAP Head Office in the Prime Minister's National Health Complex on the same day, at least 30 minutes after the closing time.
