Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) in Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputable firms and authorized dealers for the procurement of various operational and defence-related stores. This procurement is conducted through a single-stage, three-envelope bidding process, requiring separate sealed envelopes for the Technical Offer, the Financial Offer, and the Bid Security (Earnest Money). Eligible bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the FBR. A mandatory bank challan for the tender fee must be submitted along with the proposal. Interested parties must provide a principal authorization letter where applicable and a complete company profile. The technical proposal must strictly adhere to the specifications provided in the tender documents, and any deviations must be clearly highlighted. Bids are to be delivered to the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) at the Naval Residential Complex, Sector E-8, Islamabad. The department reserves the right to accept or reject bids in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules.
