Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids from eligible, experienced, and reputable firms for the procurement and turnkey installation of IT Equipment, including specialized infrastructure for Virtual Courts and Server Room Accessories. This procurement is conducted through the KPPRA E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Eligible bidders must be registered with EPADS and relevant tax authorities. The project is on a turnkey basis, requiring the successful bidder to handle all installation and configuration, ensuring full compatibility between all equipment. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 25 May 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room of the Judicial Complex, Peshawar. Bidders must submit a 2% bid security in the form of a CDR and provide an affidavit confirming its placement within the financial bid. Bids must be submitted online via the EPADS portal, and a physical hard copy must also reach the office of the District & Sessions Judge by 10:30 AM on 02 June 2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM.
