Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District & Sessions Court, Karachi East, invites sealed tenders for the establishment of an E-Library to modernize judicial research facilities. This project involves the procurement and setup of high-performance computing hardware, digital resource management systems, and related IT infrastructure. The bidding process follows a single-stage, two-envelope procedure, requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Eligible bidders must be reputable IT firms, authorized dealers, or service providers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). A mandatory bid security must be provided as per the calculation guidelines in the tender document.
