Description / Scope of Work
The Govt. Special Education Centre in Gujar Khan, Rawalpindi, functioning as a Centre of Excellence, invites sealed bids for the procurement of IT Equipment, Furniture, and Fixtures for the financial year 2025-26. The total estimated cost of the project is 11.9 million Rupees, divided into three specialized lots: Lot-1 for IT Equipment (2.0M), Lot-2 for Other Store items (3.05M), and Lot-3 for Furniture and Fixtures (6.85M). The furniture requirements include specialized items such as semi-circle tables for four students, round tables with chairs, wooden almirahs, and teacher's chairs with specific ergonomic backrest covers. The procurement process is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) and follows the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. Eligible bidders must be registered with the FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must be active on the EPADS portal. A mandatory 5% bid security of the estimated cost for each relevant lot is required.
