Description / Scope of Work
The District Sports Office Karak, under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites technical and financial bids for the procurement of various sports gears and equipment. This tender is conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) guidelines. Eligible participants include local or national importers, exporters, manufacturers, or distributors of sports goods with a minimum of three years of experience. Bidders must be registered with the FBR, possess a valid NTN and GST registration, and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The procurement follows a Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014. A 2% bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued in favor of the District Sports Officer, Karak, is mandatory. Interested parties can download bidding documents from the EPADS portal or the KPPRA website. All electronic bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on June 1st, 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day at the District Sports Office in Karak.
