Description / Scope of Work
The Education Engineering Cell of the Elementary & Secondary Education Department, Government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, invites sealed bids for the construction of several Government Boy and Girl Primary Schools (GBPS/GGPS) across District Kotli. The projects are categorized into multiple packages, including KTI-01 (GBPS Noorpur and GBPS Numb Maneel), KTI-02 (GGPS Samror and GBPS Bani Kohmar), and KTI-03 (GBPS Kalyari Chaphar Dhara and GBPS Nehani), with estimated costs ranging from approximately 13.3 million to 13.9 million Rupees per package. Bidding is open to contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category. A mandatory earnest money of 450,000 Rupees is required for each package. Tender forms can be issued up to 06 June 2026 from the Sub Division office in Kotli. Sealed bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 08 June 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day. Contractors quoting significantly below the engineer's estimate are required to provide additional security as per AJK PPRA Rules 2017.
