Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Small Industries Corporation in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the major construction project involving the Establishment of Small Industries Estate, QuaidAbad Group-1. This significant development work has an estimated cost of approximately 2843.76 million Rupees and is expected to be completed by June 2028. Interested firms and contractors must be well-reputed and possess a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-B or above for the current year. The procurement process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014. Eligibility requirements include valid legal entity registration with the SECP or Registrar of Firms, tax registration with FBR and PRA, and a judicial undertaking confirming the firm has never been blacklisted. A bid security in the form of a CDR amounting to 3.5% of the tender cost must be submitted physically to the Assistant Director of Accounts in Lahore and uploaded to the portal. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS system no later than 10:00 AM on 01 June 2026.
