Description / Scope of Work
The Islamabad High Court in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed electronic bids for the establishment of a Training / Capacity Building Center and Conference Room for the current financial year 2025-26. This project is open to eligible bidders and suppliers who are registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and maintain an Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status with the FBR. Additionally, participating firms must hold a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-4 or above, with specialized codes including CE-10, EE-01, EE-02, EE-04, EE-09, and ME-01 for the year 2025-26. The procurement process follows the single-stage, two-envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(b). All bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) portal, as manual submissions will not be accepted. Interested parties can access detailed bidding documents and technical requirements on the EPADS 2.0 portal or the official Islamabad High Court website. The deadline for electronic submission is 11:00 AM on 01 June 2026, with the bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
