Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Corporation Sahiwal in Sahiwal, Punjab invites sealed item rate bids for the provision of essential services and arrangements for Muharram-ul-Haram 2026. The scope of work includes the arrangement of lighting, route covering through tentage, provision of transport and vehicles, installation of sabeels, and the execution of various allied works. This project has an estimated cost of approximately 6.24 million Rupees. Interested contractors and firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category, as well as with the Punjab Revenue Authority (PST), Income Tax (NTN), and Sales Tax (STRN) departments. Bidding will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) using a single-stage, single-envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014. A bid security or earnest money deposit of 312,374 Rupees in the form of a CDR is required. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 01 June 2026.
