Description / Scope of Work
The District Council Sahiwal in Sahiwal, Punjab invites sealed item rate e-tenders from registered contractors, firms, and companies for the execution of beautification schemes across various areas within the district. This development project is carried out under the Punjab Local Government (Works) Rules 2017. Bidding will be executed via the electronic procurement platform, E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), using the single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Eligible participants must hold a valid and active registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category corresponding to the value of the specific lots. Bidders are required to fill out, sign, and stamp all necessary bidding forms and upload them along with a scanned copy of the required bid security (Call Deposit Receipt) directly onto the EPADS portal. Electronic submissions must be completed through EPADS by 12:00 PM on 02 June 2026. The original hardcopy of the CDR must also be submitted to the office of the District Officer (I&S), District Council Sahiwal, by 12:30 PM on the same day, prior to the public opening of technical bids at 1:00 PM.
