The District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) under the District Administration Narowal, Punjab invites sealed applications for the pre-qualification of firms, companies, and general order suppliers for the upcoming flood and monsoon season of 2026. This pre-qualification process, valid for the financial year 2026-2027, is being executed in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through electronic procurement. The multi-lot procurement encompasses essential relief goods and emergency equipment divided across several categories, including food hampers with an estimated cost of 45 million Rupees, cooked food packages at 25 million Rupees, alongside various miscellaneous emergency items, mosquito nets, and marquee tents with accessories. Eligible vendors must maintain active registrations on the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) and with relevant income tax and sales tax departments. All digital pre-qualification proposals and required security documentation must be compiled and submitted securely via the online EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 08 June 2026.
