The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) Headquarters in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed electronic bids from highly qualified, experienced IT firms and cybersecurity solution providers for the provisioning of Denials of Service (DoS) and Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) protection services. This critical digital infrastructure project aims to ensure the high availability, security, and operational resilience of various official Government of Pakistan websites against complex modern cyber threats over a continuous deployment period of three years. Bidding will be conducted entirely through the electronic portal using the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under the single-stage, two-envelope competitive procedure. Eligible corporate entities must demonstrate a verified track record in enterprise-grade web protection, maintain relevant regulatory compliance, and fulfill all strict financial and technical validation checkpoints outlined in the official procurement brief. Completed digital packages must be formally uploaded to the EPADS gateway no later than 11:00 AM on 02 June 2026.
