Supply of Stationery and Miscellaneous Items to NTC on Rate Running Frame Agreement Basis

The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) Headquarters in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed electronic bids from registered firms, suppliers, and general order vendors for the supply of stationery and miscellaneous office items. This procurement is structured on a Rate Running Frame Agreement basis to sustainably satisfy the daily administrative and corporate office needs of NTC headquarters over the contract term. Eligible participants must maintain active taxpayer status with the relevant federal or provincial revenue authorities, be recorded on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and satisfy the mandatory legal and financial registration benchmarks outlined in the bidding document packet. Bidding will be entirely executed using the single-stage, one-envelope open competitive procedure via the electronic procurement platform, E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. All digital technical and financial packages, along with the specified scan of the required bid security instrument, must be uploaded securely onto the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 02 June 2026.
