Description / Scope of Work
The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) Headquarters in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed electronic bids from reputable service providers, contractors, and experienced vendors for the outsourcing of commercial photocopy services. This procurement is intended to manage and satisfy the high-volume document reproduction, copying, and administrative support requirements at the NTC Headquarters continuously over a contract tenure of three years. Bidding will be executed electronically using the single-stage, one-envelope procedure via the official E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Eligible business entities must maintain valid active tax registrations for Income Tax and Sales Tax, be prominently listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and satisfy all structural criteria and financial stability checkmarks defined in the e-bidding package. Digital technical and financial bids must be compiled and uploaded securely through the EPADS gateway no later than 11:00 AM on 02 June 2026.
