Description / Scope of Work
The National Highway Authority (NHA) Headquarters in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed tenders from eligible source countries for the extensive infrastructure project involving the Reconstruction of National Highway N-5 under Phase A (141 KM), specifically Section I covering the Nowshera-Peshawar Road (31 KM). This milestone development is co-financed by the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) under the Pakistan's Resilient Recovery, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Framework Project. The procurement follows a single-stage, two-envelope tendering procedure. Interested international and national competitive contractors can download the comprehensive tender documents at no cost directly from the official NHA portal. All bids must be safely delivered in person to the NHA Headquarters Auditorium by 11:00 AM on 30 June 2026, accompanied by the designated Tender Security as specified in the guidelines. The technical proposals will be publicly opened immediately at 11:00 AM on the same closing date, while financial components will remain sealed in secure custody.
